Big Cat Energy Corporation Provides Corporate Update=20

GILLETTE, Wyo., May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ " Big Cat Energy Corporation =
(BULLETIN BOARD: BCTE) today provided an update on its operational activi=
ties.

Big Cat Energy continues to strengthen the exposure of the ARID tool and pr=
ocess to coal bed methane (CBM) operators in the Powder River Basin of Wyom=
ing. Recently, the company was invited to attend the Society of Petroleum =
Engineers (SPE) new technology conference for coal bed methane in Durango, =
Colorado, as well as the Powder River Basin Section of the Society of Petro=
leum Engineers (SPE) in Gillette, Wyoming. The company presented performan=
ce data of an ARID tool currently operating in the Powder River Basin of Wy=
oming. The response at these conferences has produced numerous inquires re=
garding the ARID tool and process.

Various companies have requested a presentation of the ARID tool and the ex=
isting well data from the successful installation of the ARID tool and proc=
ess. Several companies have moved to the next stage with Big Cat Energy wh=
ich requires examining their geological data for possible installation of t=
he ARID tool in the Powder River Basin. The company is currently reviewing=
well logs from these companies to identify specific formations for re-inje=
ction of produced water.

Due to the increased interest from CBM operators in the Powder River Basin,=
the company has hired Mr. Jim Farnsworth who has extensive experience in t=
he oil & gas and CBM industry to assist with the marketing of the ARID tool=
and process. Mr. Farnsworth’s main objective with Big Cat Energy is to ta=
rget and contact CBM operators who have non-producing CBM wells because of =
the lack of water discharge permit. The company has identified several tho=
usand of these stranded capital wells that would be candidates for the ARID=
tool.

Recently, the company hired Mrs. Kathy Russell, who has extensive experienc=
e in the Powder River Basin, and has worked with numerous CBM companies alo=
ng with Federal and State regulators in dealing with the permitting require=
ments for CBM wells. As part of her responsibilities, Ms. Russell is activ=
ely advising the State of Wyoming regarding the design of a new system of E=
-filing for the CBM industry permits which will ultimately streamline that =
agency’s turnaround time for the UIC (Underground Injection Control) permit=
s. This advisory assistance to regulators included assisting the Wyoming D=
EQ with the implementation of a new electronic filing process for the permi=
tting of the ARID tool. The new electronic filing process will provide a f=
aster and more efficient process for the ARID-UIC permits in Wyoming. Curr=
ently, we have eight applications for UIC permits pending with the Wyoming =
DEQ. Additionally, the Company has made inquiries with regulatory authorit=
ies for the permitting of the ARID tool in Montana.

Finally, our manufacturer of the ARID tool has installed new state of the a=
rt equipment for the ARID manufacturing process. This equipment will furth=
er our capabilities to provide ARID tools quickly and efficiently to custom=
ers, and will enable us to meet the rising demand expected during the curre=
nt construction season in the Powder River Basin.
