On June 9th the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (www.afsp.org) is having a 20 mile out of the darkness walk from 8pm to 5am through Manhattan to benefit suicide prevention in America. I am participating in this walk because I feel this is a good way to help those who have lost all hope and have no where else to turn. Each participant in the overnight walk (www.theovernight.org) pledges to raise a minimum of $1,000 which the money goes to raising awareness and support for suicides and to help families of those who have been left behind. Open Question: What is the time required to transfer online data flowing in excel to access data base in micro seconds?

I want to transfer data comes to excel thro' web to access data base with minimum time lag. What is the time taken to transfer this type excel data (comes from web to excel )to access data base in seconds or micro seconds. I want to know the minimum possible time(mention in seconds or micro seconds for a single coloum containing 400 cells and each cell updated atleast 20 datas per second in excel which is transfered immediately to access data base ) taken for this process exactly .
